가라앉는 기분이라 좋아하는 노래를 골라봤다

이렇게 가라앉을 때 즐거운 노래로 나아지기도 하고

더 우울한 노래도 나아지기도 하는데 오늘은 즐거운 노래로 나아지지는 않는 날인듯하다

지금 당장 기분나쁨의 원인은 솔직히 별거아닌일이다

평소의 나라면 그냥 웃어 넘겼을 일이지만

작은 요소가 쌓이고 쌓여서 점점 무감정해지는 느낌이다

즐거운 것은 깊게 느끼지 못하고 금방 연소되며

우울하고 부정적인 감정은 슬러지처럼 들러붙어있다

짜증난다

물을 마시는 소리나 간식인지 뭔지를 먹는 소리도 역겹고 짜증난다

원래 짜증을 숨기지않고 드러내는 타입인데

사회생활은 그렇게 되지않아 슬프다

싫어하던 학부동기마냥 대놓고 말할수가 없다

할 수는 있겠지만 앞으로 일해야하는 날들을 생각하면

그냥 우울한 기분을 삼킬뿐이다
